Color & Curl Concierge / Colour & Curl Specialist drives color & curl sales and education across professional beauty channels. Primary duties include diagnosing customer color and care needs, delivering professional recommendations, maintaining brand merchandising and store presentation, expanding color/curl knowledge through education (online guided learning and certification), conducting product education in-store and virtually, and handling customer inquiries while collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes customer retention, relationship-building, market knowledge, travel to shows/meetings, and adherence to company ethics and culture.
