Job Summary
Conduct daily customer consultations to achieve hair color goals, drive sales, and build loyalty with DIY enthusiasts. Record all POS transactions, process returns and exchanges, and complete daily reporting, paperwork, and bank deposits. Manage store operations by opening and closing, pricing merchandise, processing shipments, and maintaining housekeeping standards. Assist with onboarding new associates, mentor team members on product knowledge, and ensure compliance with safety and loss prevention policies. Maintain technical expertise in products and policies while staying current on industry trends through continuous training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management in a clear, concise manner
- Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
- Ability to execute product knowledge from training to support with customer service
- Ability to explain product labels
- Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
- Comprehensive knowledge of iPad and navigation of the internet and social media platforms
- Ability to present a professional image and interact positively with the public

Desired Qualifications
