Job Summary
Provide an optimal customer experience by conducting color consultations, utilizing selling skills, and introducing new categories to drive incremental sales and brand awareness. Record all POS transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and manage daily paperwork, reporting, and bank deposits. Assist with planograms, shipment processing, housekeeping, and opening/closing the store while ensuring compliance with safety and loss prevention policies. Mentor new associates on product knowledge and sales directives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management in a clear, concise manner
- Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
- Ability to execute product knowledge from training to support with customer service
- Ability to explain product labels
- Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
- Comprehensive knowledge of iPad and navigation of the internet and social media platforms
