Job Summary
Provide an optimal customer experience by conducting color consultations, utilizing selling skills to introduce the Hair Color category, and ensuring all transactions are complete and accurate. Record sales in the POS, handle monetary transactions, complete daily paperwork, and perform housekeeping duties while supporting the team with onboarding and training new associates. Maintain compliance with safety and loss prevention policies, participate in all loss prevention practices, and assist with planograms and shipment processing. May open and close the store and mentor other associates to elevate hair color knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
- Ability to execute product knowledge from training to support with customer service
- Ability to explain product labels
- Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
- Comprehensive knowledge of iPad and navigation of the internet and social media platforms
