Job Summary
Provide an optimal customer experience by conducting color consultations, introducing the Hair Color category, and utilizing selling skills to drive retention and incremental sales. Record all POS transactions, handle returns and exchanges, complete daily paperwork, and manage bank deposits while maintaining accurate inventory control. Support the team with planograms, housekeeping, and onboarding new associates, while mentoring others to elevate hair color knowledge. Ensure compliance with all safety, loss prevention, and hazardous material policies. Assist the Store Manager with meeting specific sales goals and maintaining desired client survey scores.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management in a clear, concise manner
- Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
- Ability to execute product knowledge from training to support with customer service
- Ability to explain product labels
- Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
- Comprehensive knowledge of iPad and navigation of the internet and social media platforms

Desired Qualifications
