Job Summary
Provide optimal customer experiences by conducting hair color consultations, introducing new categories, and ensuring transactions are accurate to drive incremental sales. Record all POS sales, handle returns and exchanges, complete daily paperwork, and process bank deposits while maintaining inventory control and safety compliance. Assist with store opening and closing, planogram updates, and mentor associates on product knowledge and training programs. Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and support loss prevention practices.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
- Ability to execute product knowledge from training to support with customer service
- Ability to explain product labels
- Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
- Comprehensive knowledge of iPad and navigation of the internet and social media platforms
- Ability to present a professional image and interact positively with the public
