Job Summary
Batch nail polish colors based on requested benchmarks and references, then enter and process production batch orders via the color matching protocol. Support quality investigations and assist teams in resolving customer complaints and technical questions. Check and maintain raw materials inventory weekly to ensure accuracy per the Batch Matrix, while keeping the Color Matching area clean and presentable. This role requires close and color vision, MS Excel proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds or operate a fork truck. Required Qualifications
- 1-2 year of verifiable paint/cosmetic color matching experience
- Proven effectiveness on dealing with difficult/challenging colors and matches
- Close vision

- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn the nail polish industry
- Strong communication
- Good technical and computer skills
- MS Excel
- Ability to work independently
