CSR role providing an exceptional customer experience; manages relationships with customers and insurance partners; provides administrative support for the Repair Facility Team; schedules vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripts; retrieves insurance assignments and prepares repair orders with QC checklists; records communications with customers/insurance partners via CCC One; updates rental information and ARMS/CCC One records; requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment and strong attention to detail; preferred auto body or related experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Valid driver’s license
