Job Summary

Collision Technician responsible for performing collision repairs including frame straightening, panel replacement, dent repair, and refinishing to manufacturer standards. Inspect vehicles to determine damage, develop repair plans, and use hand/power tools, welding equipment, and specialized tools. Ensure repairs meet safety and quality standards; collaborate with service advisors and insurance representatives on repair estimates; maintain a clean, safe workspace; stay current with repair techniques and industry standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Collision Technician or similar role in an automotive repair environment.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, blueprints, and technical instructions.
  • Familiarity with welding, sanding, and painting processes is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
