Job Summary
Collision Technician responsibilities include repairing vehicles per estimate and manufacturer standards; checking parts against the estimate and ensuring proper parts are ordered and received; preparing vehicles for body repair; notifying management of additional repairs or potential delays; maintaining tools and PPE; complying with laws and regulations pertaining to paints and hazardous materials; assisting other personnel in repair/prepping; staying up-to-date with federal, state, and local regulations affecting body shop operations; maintaining a clean, safe work area; operating tools and equipment safely; and performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 Years of collision repair experience
- I-CAR or ASE Certifications are a bonus
