Collision Repair Technician

Job Summary
Collision repair technician performs high-quality repairs to collision-damaged vehicles following OEM procedures. Reads work orders to confirm work performed matches the work order, conducts quality control on every vehicle, and adheres to health and safety requirements. Maintains a clean, organized work area, assists other technicians as needed, and supports development of standard operating procedures. Requires advanced collision/structural repair and welding skills, I-CAR PL 2 or higher in structural and non-structural areas, and a State of Michigan license. Three to five years of prior experience preferred; not an entry level role. Strong commitment to customer service and professional development within a team environment.
