Job Summary
Collision Product Manager within the Country Operational Marketing organization drives portfolio performance, commercial enablement, and market relevance for Collision & Allied segments in Automotive Refinish. Acts as a key business partner to local Sales teams and connects with EMEA Product & Segment leadership to maximize growth, profitability, and market share. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining sales tools, supporting field activities (customer visits, demonstrations, trade fairs, and industry events), driving adoption of commercial programs and new product launches, managing the product portfolio, pricing strategy, market insights, and lifecycle management, defining and monitoring pricing positioning, collecting customer feedback and market trends, planning promotions, coordinating with Supply Chain for product availability, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable strategies. Requires proven experience in marketing/product management, strong communication/trainings skills, analytical mindset, autonomy, and English fluency. Perks include in-person work Monday-Thursday with Flexible Fridays remote option, and exposure to international teams.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing or product management, ideally in B2B or technical environments
- Strong communication and training skills to effectively support Sales teams
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actions
- High autonomy, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration
- Advanced Excel skills and good command of digital/AI tools
- Fluency in English
