Collision Parts Coordinator

The Collision Parts Coordinator supports collision technicians and estimators by sourcing and distributing the correct parts for in-progress vehicle repairs. Responsibilities include assisting estimators with acquiring required parts, distributing parts to body technicians to expedite workflow, ensuring parts are charged and linked to the collision management system for billing, inspecting received parts for accuracy and damage, returning unused parts within 30 days, staying current on new products, determining availability for out-of-stock parts, coordinating emergency orders with the Collision Manager, coordinating sublet vendors/services, labeling parts with RO numbers and technician/estimator names, maintaining department housekeeping, and obtaining technician/estimator time requirements to meet delivery timeframes.
