Job Summary

Refinish damaged auto parts and vehicle bodies in accordance with OE Factory and Toyota Technical Information System (TIS) quality specifications and cycle time standards. Conduct surface prep activities including sanding, masking, priming, and sealing. Mix, match, and apply paint using approved techniques to achieve durable finishes. Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards including OSHA and hazardous material handling. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while demonstrating teamwork and professionalism. Requires a high school degree or GED plus three years of related experience as a collision paint technician with sheet metal and interior repair experience. Valid driver's license required. ASE certifications in auto body repair, painting, and estimating are a plus.

Required Qualifications

  • High School or general education degree (GED)
  • Three or more years related experience as a collision paint technician with sheet metal and interior collision repair experience
  • DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State
  • 5% Minimal travel is required for this position (up to 5% of the time and on a domestic basis)

  • ASE Certifications in auto body repair, painting and estimating
  • Painting and Refinishing Certification for Collision Repair
  • Structural Analysis and Damage Repair Certification for Collision Repair
