Job Summary
Lead operations and profitability for multiple NY collision repair locations within a designated market. Drive WOW Operating Way execution across locations, supervise location GMs, recruit/train staff, coach for outstanding customer satisfaction, enforce safety/SOPs, monitor performance against market goals, coordinate external marketing and relationship-building with claims managers and dealer accounts, and collaborate with corporate on market growth. Requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and extensive estimating experience; ICAR Platinum certification preferred; compensation $120K-$140K+ depending on skill and experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years collision repair industry
- Minimum of three years of management
- ICAR Platinum certification preferred
- Estimating license if applicable in the state
