Job Summary
Manage multiple collision repair locations within the Grand Rapids market by ensuring consistent execution of the WOW Operating Way plan and monitoring capture rates. Lead daily coordination with General Managers, conduct monthly operations reviews and audits, and hold staff accountable for SOP adherence and performance. Recruit, interview, and train new hires while coaching teams to resolve customer concerns and promote safe working conditions. Act as a liaison with insurance contacts and dealer accounts, driving external growth to meet area business plan objectives. Review location performance against goals and provide targeted coaching to ensure all stores perform to potential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years collision repair industry
- Minimum of three years of management
- ICAR Platinum certification preferred
- Estimating license if applicable in the state
- Ability to read and understand financial statements
- Extensive estimating experience
