Job Summary
Forecast goals and objectives for the Collision Center and administer its annual operating budget. Comply with federal, state, and local regulations regarding hazardous waste, safety inspections, and OSHA standards. Facilitate recruiting, scheduling, and performance appraisal of associates while maintaining payroll and certification documentation. Establish relationships with dealerships, insurance adjusters, and customers; handle complaints and ensure facilities remain clutter-free. Maintain operational documentation, repair files, and accounts receivable for insurance and wholesale accounts. Ensure revenue recognition and parts inventory compliance with Advanced rules. Manage operations from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license
- CCC1 estimating experienced preferred
- I-CAR Certifications valued
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent customer service
- Basic Computer skills
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Team player
- Ability to learn new technology and research OEM repair procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with insurance company DRP guidelines & procedures
- CCC1 estimating experienced preferred
- I-CAR Certifications valued
