Job Summary
Conduct daily operations of the collision center while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget, forecasting and tracking sales, profit, and expense objectives. Lead and manage all repair facility personnel through formal and informal performance reviews, coaching staff to meet KPIs and insurance metrics. Monitor A/P and A/R, maintain a clean repair facility, and oversee maintenance for shop equipment including the paint booth. Open and close the facility daily, conduct production meetings to confirm through-put, and manage all estimates to ensure labor mix standards. Facilitate monthly Health & Safety meetings and ensure all staff adhere to safety gear and dress code requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Post-Secondary Education
- Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to consistently demonstrate a successful client experience
- Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- Ability to motivate others utilizing effective coaching tools and management skills
