Collision General Manager

General Manager responsible for leading day-to-day operations of the Collision Center, ensuring exceptional customer experience and achievement of KPI and insurance metrics. Leads and coaches staff, manages annual/monthly operating budgets, forecasts sales/profit/expenses, conducts formal and informal performance reviews, oversees accounts payable/receivable, maintains a clean and organized facility, ensures safety/compliance, coordinates daily production meetings, drives labor mix within standards, leads repair-facility personnel, and participates in monthly management and training activities while aligning with senior leadership. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, budgeting, process optimization, safety, customer satisfaction, and overall operational excellence within a collision repair environment.
