Job Summary
General Manager responsible for leading the Abilene collision center to deliver exceptional customer experience and meet KPI targets. Oversees day-to-day operations, budgeting, forecasting, staffing and training, accounts payable/receivable, safety and compliance, performance evaluations, and coordination of shop activities to ensure throughput and insurance metrics are achieved. Strong focus on coaching team members, maintaining high professionalism, effective communication, and adherence to WOW Operating Way standards to drive service quality and business results.
