Job Summary
General Manager responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Collision Center at the Prattville location. Oversees budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/annual objectives; drives achievement of KPI and insurance metrics; coaches and develops staff; ensures high-quality customer experience; leads production meetings, manages shop operations, and maintains safety and CSI standards; ensures labor mix and repair throughput align with standards; represents leadership in training, safety, and staff development.
Required Qualifications
- Post-Secondary Education or equivalent
- Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
- Ability to motivate others utilizing effective coaching tools and management skills
