Job Summary
Collision Center General Manager responsible for leading day-to-day operations, achieving KPI and insurance-metrics targets, coaching and empowering staff, managing the annual/monthly operating budget, monitoring accounts payable/receivable, maintaining a clean repair facility, ensuring safety and compliance, and driving a superior customer experience. Key duties include forecasting sales/expenses, conducting performance reviews, coordinating daily production meetings, managing labor mix and repair throughput, leading repair facility personnel, and participating in health & safety and staff meetings. Requires post-secondary education or equivalent, proven collision-repair leadership, strong communication and coaching skills, attention to detail, and a Michigan mechanics license.
Required Qualifications
- Post-Secondary Education or equivalent
- Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role
- MUST HAVE MICHIGAN MECHANICS LICENSE
