Job Summary
Oversee the overall operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates while monitoring current and previous month's financial performance metrics to identify opportunities and trends. Ensure all teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners, and industry guidelines. This role requires advanced understanding of collision estimatics, CCC1 experience, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Caliber Collision is one of the nation's largest auto collision repair providers with over 1,700 centers nationwide, committed to restoring the rhythm of customers' lives through safe repairs and full-service automotive care.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Collision Management Experience
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics
- Must have prior experience with CCC1
- Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
