Job Summary
Oversee the overall operation of the service center, managing risk, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. Recruit, recognize, and retain talent while monitoring and analyzing monthly financial performance to identify trends and opportunities. Ensure all vehicle repairs are executed thoroughly, safely, and profitably in strict accordance with Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners, and industry guidelines. Prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment while providing personable service to internal and external customers.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Collision Management Experience
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics
- Must have prior experience with CCC1
- Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
