Job Summary
Oversee the overall operation of the Southport center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates while monitoring and reviewing monthly financial performance to identify trends and opportunities. Ensure all vehicle repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable, adhering strictly to Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners, and industry guidelines. Prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment while providing personable customer service to internal and external clients.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Collision Management Experience
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics
- Must have prior experience with CCC1
- Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
