Job Summary
Oversee all operations of a Caliber Collision center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. Responsibilities include recruiting, recognizing, and retaining talented teammates, monitoring current financial performance metrics and reviewing previous month’s financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends, ensuring center teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in line with Caliber SOPs and industry guidelines, and providing personable customer service while upholding company values and driving leadership development.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Collision Management Experience
- Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under our company insurance policy
- Must be 21 years of age or older
