Collision General Manager to oversee the overall operation of the collision center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. Responsibilities include recruiting and retaining talent, monitoring and reviewing financial performance metrics, ensuring staff repair vehicles safely, thoroughly, and profitably per SOPs and insurer guidelines, and providing personable customer service. The role requires advanced collision estimatics knowledge, repair-process expertise, leadership and multitasking capabilities, and a commitment to training and developing the team (I-CAR and ASE). Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Collision Management Experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics
- Advanced understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures
- Ability to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Ability to perform physical activity – reach above/below shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
