Collision General Manager

Collision General Manager responsible for the overall operation of the service center including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration. The role includes recruiting, recognizing and retaining talented teammates, monitoring financial performance metrics, and reviewing previous month’s metrics to identify opportunities and trends. Ensures center teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in line with Caliber’s SOPs, insurance partners, and industry guidelines. Demonstrates leadership with a focus on customer service, adapting to a fast-paced environment and prioritizing multiple tasks. Requires advanced understanding of collision estimatics, repair processes, and the ability to communicate instructions effectively; emphasizes leadership, training, and continual improvement.
