Job Summary
Collision General Manager at Caliber Collision Service Center in Los Angeles area leads overall center operations, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. Responsibilities include recruiting and retaining teammates, monitoring and reviewing financial performance metrics and identifying opportunities/trends, ensuring teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber SOPs and industry guidelines, and maintaining high customer service throughout the center. The role emphasizes leadership, adherence to standards, and driving growth through training and certifications (I-CAR, ASE).
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Collision Management Experience
- Valid driver2 license
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- CCC1 certification/advanced understanding of collision estimatics
- Advanced understanding and knowledge of repair processes/procedures
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
- Physical ability to perform required tasks (e.g., lifting objects over 50 lbs)
- Ability to understand instructions (written and verbal)
