Job Summary
Collision General Manager at Caliber Collision Service Center Duncanville is responsible for overall center operations including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. Will recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates, monitor and review financial performance metrics, and ensure repairs are performed thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber SOPs and industry guidelines. Requires 3+ years of collision management experience, strong leadership and customer service skills, ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with CCC1 and repair processes. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Collision Management Experience
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics
- CCC1
