Collision Experience Advisor

Welcome customers, explain the collision repair process, and set clear expectations while determining needs for estimate booking, scheduling, and transportation. Book appointments over the phone, provide status updates via phone, email, or text, and assist with insurance claims and documentation. Coordinate rides, replacement vehicles, and rentals; assist with vehicle drop-off and delivery; and ensure pre-wash, mapping, and photos are completed per company standards. Participate in daily production meetings, maintain accurate records in shop management systems, and support compliance with internal policies, safety, and security guidelines. This entry-level role includes training on repair workflows and front office systems, with a signing bonus and opportunities for I-CAR training.
