Job Summary
Collision Estimator Trainee at Caliber Collision requires greeting customers, assessing needs, assisting Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging transportation, and preparing paperwork while delivering world-class customer service in a fast-paced auto-collision repair environment. Training emphasizes learning the collision industry, adhering to SOPs, and collaborating with customers, clients, teammates, and vendors to ensure accurate, efficient repairs. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer facing experience
- sales experience a plus
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Able to provide personable, friendly “World Class” customer service
- Able to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Ability to perform physical activity (reach, kneel, bend, squat, lift objects over 50 lbs)
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
