Collision Estimator Trainee

Collision Estimator Trainee at Caliber Collision in Tucson, AZ. Responsibilities include greeting customers in person or by phone, determining their needs, guiding them through the process, assisting Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging customer transportation, preparing paperwork, and performing active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, clients, teammates, and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs in line with Caliber’s SOPs and industry guidelines.
