Job Summary
Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates by identifying both visible and hidden damage. Utilize industry-standard estimating software to coordinate repairs with insurance adjusters, technicians, and customers, ensuring an efficient and timely process. Communicate repair procedures and costs clearly while maintaining strong relationships with all parties involved. Stay current with evolving vehicle technology, repair methods, and industry standards through ongoing training, and comply with all applicable state laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced collision repair facility
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures, structural repairs, vehicle systems, and estimating practices
- Experience with collision estimating software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
