Job Summary
Inspect vehicles, document structural and cosmetic damage, and write accurate repair estimates using industry systems. Coordinate parts ordering and vendor communication to ensure timely arrivals, while assisting with materials sourcing. Communicate with insurance adjusters for approvals and explain repair processes to customers. Maintain daily production schedules by coordinating repair progress between technicians, parts, and estimators, and lead morning production meetings. Monitor cycle times and ensure quality control throughout the repair process while keeping the work environment clean and organized.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in collision repair, estimating, or production management
- Strong understanding of vehicle damage analysis and repair planning
- Ability to work with technicians, customers, and insurance companies
- Organized and able to manage multiple repairs at once
- Leadership mindset and problem-solving ability
- Strong communication skills
- 2–5+ years in collision repair, estimating, or production roles
- Experience with CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex, or similar systems
- Understanding of OEM repair procedures
Desired Qualifications
- I-CAR training or certifications are a plus
