Collision Estimator – Manager in Training (MIT)

Managers in Training will rotate through CSR, Parts Coordinator, and Estimator roles to gain competency in Gerber Collision & Glass' WOW Process, complete role-based certifications, and participate in on-the-job onboarding to learn the Estimator role and shop operations. The program aims to develop proficiency across multiple shop roles for career progression in collision repair, with emphasis on learning to perform the duties of an Estimator, CSR, and Parts Coordinator while following the WOW Operating Way.
