Job Summary
Greet customers upon arrival, communicate via telephone to schedule appointments, and collect vehicle information. Listens to customer requests to provide clear explanations of work orders, then thoroughly inspects vehicles for structural, exterior, interior, body, and mechanical damage. Calculates estimated costs for labor and parts, determines salvage value, and reviews cost-effectiveness of repair versus replacement. Determine repainting or customizing costs, complete insurance claim forms with specific recommendations, and maintain relationships with customers, insurance companies, and co-workers. Demonstrates behaviors consistent with company values in all interactions.
Required Qualifications
- DRP (Direct Repair Program) Experience
- One or more years related experience in the collision repair industry
- Proficient at operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office: E-mail, Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
- Great attitude with high-energy personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Ability to work well in a process driven environment
- Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written
