Job Summary
The Estimator is responsible for creating accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinating repair needs, communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the process, and documenting all interactions. Responsibilities include assessing damage for damage appraisal, specifying required repairs and parts, and ensuring customer satisfaction while aligning with the repair facility's KPIs. Requires CCC1 Estimating System proficiency, knowledge of OE guidelines, and experience handling insurance processes; must have High School Diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of experience, basic computer skills, DRP compliance, and a valid driver’s license. I-CAR training willingness is required. Compensation includes commission with potential for $50,000-$100,000/year, plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System
- Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
- Awareness of where to look for answers
- Basic Computer Skills
- Compliance for DRP’s
- Minimum of 1-year experience
- Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
- Valid Driver’s License
