Job Summary
Collision Estimator responsible for creating accurate vehicle damage estimates, coordinating repair needs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies to ensure a smooth repair process. Duties include documenting customer interactions, guiding customers through the repair process, ensuring compliance with insurance programs and DRP requirements, participating in production walks, and supporting team members while contributing to KPIs. Must have knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license; I-CAR training is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-year experience in estimating or collision repair
- Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
- Valid Driver’s License
- Awareness of where to look for answers
- Basic Computer Skills
- Compliance for DRP’s
- I-CAR Training preferred
