Job Summary
Collision Estimator responsible for creating damage estimates and coordinating repair needs for customers and insurers. Documents interactions, guides customers through the repair process, ensures compliance with insurance programs and WOW Operating Way procedures, participates in production walks, maintains KPIs, and supports team members. Requires knowledge of vehicle repair, OE guidelines, I-CAR training willingness, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license. Minimum 1 year of experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent.
