Job Summary
Collision Estimator responsible for creating accurate vehicle damage estimates, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. Documents customer interactions, guides customers through repair planning, ensures compliance with insurance programs and DRP requirements, participates in production walks, supports team members, and helps maintain KPI performance. Requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, basic computer skills, ability to access information, and I-CAR training willingness; High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with at least 1 year of experience and a valid driver’s license.
