Collision Estimator

The Estimator will create vehicle damage estimates, coordinate repair needs, and communicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. Responsibilities include documenting customer interactions, guiding clients through the repair workflow, ensuring compliance with DRP requirements and insurance procedures, participating in daily production walks, and supporting team members. Knowledge of OE guidelines, I-CAR training, and basic computer skills are applied to deliver accurate damage appraisals and facilitate efficient repair planning while maintaining strong customer service and adherence to safety policies.
