Job Summary
Estimator responsible for damage appraisal and creating estimates, coordinating repair needs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. Accurately assesses vehicle damage and documents needed repairs and parts, guiding customers through the repair process while achieving the facility's KPIs. Requires CCC1 Estimating System proficiency, knowledge of OE guidelines, strong customer service, and collaboration with team members to ensure compliant DRP processes and effective insurance program handling.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System
- Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Awareness of where to look for answers
- Basic Computer Skills
- Compliance for DRP’s
- Minimum of 1-year experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- I-CAR Training
