Job Summary
The Estimator’s core duty is to deliver an exceptional customer experience by generating accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinating repair needs, while communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. Responsibilities include assessing vehicle damage, documenting required repairs and parts, guiding the customer through the repair journey, ensuring alignment with team members to meet KPIs, maintaining documentation of all customer interactions, and ensuring compliance with insurance program requirements and WOW operating procedures. The role also involves participating in daily production walks, supporting team members, attending health & safety meetings or trainings as needed, and leveraging repair knowledge, OE guidelines, and I-CAR training to deliver quality service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CCC1 experience preferred
- 1-2 years prior experience in general ledger: accounts receivables/payables preferred
- 3-4 years prior experience in customer service excellence
- Minimum Education and/or Experience Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
- Minimum of 1-year experience
- Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
- Valid Driver’s License
