Job Summary
Collision Estimator responsibilities include accurately assessing vehicle damage and documenting repairs/parts needs, creating customer-facing estimates, and coordinating repair steps while communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the process. The role emphasizes ensuring documentation is up-to-date, guiding customers through the repair journey, complying with insurance program requirements and DRP procedures, participating in daily production walks, and supporting team members to meet the facility's KPIs. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of relevant experience, basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines; I-CAR training is a plus.
