Collision Estimator

Estimator’s primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs for customers, including all communication with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. The Estimator accurately assesses vehicle damage and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal. The role ensures alignment with team members to achieve the repair facility's KPIs, and involves documenting customer interactions, providing timely information through the repair process, and ensuring compliance with insurance program requirements and WOW Operating Ways. Career activities include participating in daily production walks, supporting team members, and attending training as directed.
