Job Summary
Collision Estimator responsible for inspecting damaged vehicles, preparing accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE or similar estimating software, communicating with customers about repair timelines and procedures, coordinating with insurance companies and adjusters, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while ensuring repairs meet manufacturer and industry standards. The role involves coordinating with technicians and parts departments, monitoring repair progress, and maintaining clear documentation throughout the claims and repair process.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Collision Estimator, Auto Damage Appraiser, or Collision Repair Advisor preferred
- Knowledge of collision repair procedures, vehicle construction, and insurance claim processes
- Experience with CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, or similar estimating systems preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
