Collision Estimator

Educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, rights, techniques, safety, and value. Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates. Manage each repair throughout the process, performing in-process quality control to ensure standards. Keep customers fully informed on vehicle status and provide the best possible experience. Pull and review all data procedures with Body Technicians, complete post-scanning for each vehicle, and pre-close final repair orders while handling disbursement paperwork and addressing file exceptions. This role supports Crash Champions, the largest founder-led multi-shop operator of high-quality collision repair in the U.S., which also operates the growing Crash Champions LUXE | EV Certified brand. The company services customers at over 650 state-of-the-art locations across 38 states.
