Educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, rights, and safety while completing initial and final estimates after full disassembly. Manage each repair process by performing in-process quality control, pulling data procedures with Body Technicians, and conducting post-scanning. Keep clients fully informed of their vehicle status and ensure carrier-specific requirements are met during final repair order closure and disbursement handling. Posted Min Pay Rate: USD $71,435.00/Yr. Posted Max Pay Rate: USD $155,000.00/Yr. Compensation includes monthly sales incentive bonuses.
