Job Summary
Educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, and safety while completing initial and final estimates after damage evaluation. Manage each repair throughout the process, performing in-process quality control and ensuring carrier-specific requirements are met. Pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians, complete post-scanning for every vehicle, and pre-close final repair orders while handling disbursement paperwork. Address exceptions in the file and keep every customer fully informed of their vehicle's status. Requires knowledge of multiple estimating systems, including CCC One and Mitchell & Audatex, with insurance partner experience preferred. Posted min pay rate is $65,000.00/Yr.
